The Slim Fast Diet Plan

One slim fast for breakfast, one slim fast for lunch, and a sensible dinner. Drink plenty of water and exercise about 30 minutes daily
That’s the Slim Fast way.

Every individual is different and will encounter a different experience and different results when using the Slim Fast diet plan and products. Some people are more easily fulfilled with a shake and a meal bar during the day others require solid foods more than just for dinner. This is why the results are varied. Also at a little over a dollar per can, this plan can get costly if used for long periods of time.

Meals for a Day:

Breakfast – Slim Fast shake or Slim Fast meal bar
Snack – A piece of fruit or a nonfat yogurt
Lunch – Slim Fast Shake or Slim Fast meal bar
Snack – A Slim Fast snack bar or low fat soup
Dinner – 4 oz. fish or poultry, 3 streamed vegetables, baked
potato, salad, and fresh fruits.
Snack – Air popped popcorn or fat free pretzels

Although the meals don’t seem as fulfilling as what most of us are used to there are plenty of them throughout the day to keep a stomach full.Though it would probably be easier used by most if it was to be just a supplement to the diet and exercise plan that you are already on.At about 300 calories per can and with the convenience of already being made and packaged these shakes and bars great meal replacements for people on the go.
